The Process
From Request to Delivery
A controlled import protocol divided into 3 key phases.
-
PHASE 1Definition & Feasibility
-
1. Request & Vehicle DefinitionYou can approach this step in three simple ways:
-
Build it: Send us the Canadian manufacturer config link.
iHow to configure correctly:
- Visit the Canadian manufacturer website.
- Select Province: Quebec.
- Postal Code: H4T 1A1.
Ensures correct export pricing logic. - Spec it: Send an exact build sheet, VIN, or dealer listing.
- Essential: Just tell us the brand, model, and budget.
Goal: We align on the exact vehicle and flexibility before moving forward. -
Build it: Send us the Canadian manufacturer config link.
-
2. Network Sourcing & AllocationWe contact our partner dealership network in Canada. We locate either an in-stock unit or a confirmed factory allocation (production slot) and verify its availability for export.→ Benefit: You do not pay for "searching". Availability is validated first.
-
3. Proposal & Cost StructureYou receive a clear proposal based on a transparent formula:
Vehicle Price + Global Logistics* + Service Fee*Logistics cover dealership to destination port (Inland, Ocean, Insurance).
Note: Import taxes are handled locally in your country.→ Transparency: You see the full picture before any money is locked. -
PHASE 2Securement & Payment
-
4. Deposit & ReservationA deposit is placed to officially reserve the vehicle or allocation. This locks pricing and initiates the acquisition. No vehicle is purchased without your written approval.→ Security: This guarantees the car is yours. The dealer cannot sell it to anyone else.
-
5. Acquisition & BalanceBefore the vehicle is loaded for international transport, the remaining balance is settled. This allows us to complete the purchase, clear the title, and schedule secure shipping.→ Ownership: You hold the legal title of the vehicle before it leaves Canadian soil.
-
PHASE 3Logistics & Export
-
6. Export Handling & ShippingWe manage documentation, insured transport, and shipping. For Europe, we guide you on import steps. For other regions, we coordinate with your local broker for final clearance.Deliverable: Bill of Lading • Export Docs • Tracking
-
Arrival & Handover
Once the vehicle arrives, you complete local customs and registration using the provided documents. We remain available for guidance to ensure a smooth import.
-
PHASE 1Identification & Vetting
-
1. Vehicle Definition & ScopeThree ways to start:
-
Listing: Send us a specific link.
iWhere to look (Canada):
- AutoTrader.ca (Recommended)
- Otogo.ca
- CarGurus.ca
- Manufacturer Pre-Owned
- Facebook Marketplace
- Criteria: Define brand, model, year, and mileage limits.
- Brief: Define your priorities, we identify the options.
Goal: Avoid wasted time and mismatched vehicles. -
Listing: Send us a specific link.
-
2. Market Access & ShortlistingWe search beyond public listings using partner dealerships, wholesale networks, and trade-in inventories. We only shortlist vehicles that strict criteria.→ Benefit: Access to inventory most buyers never see.
-
3. Inspection & VerificationWe act as your **eyes on the ground**. We verify the vehicle's history and physical condition to confirm it meets our quality standards and matches the seller's description perfectly.→ Peace of Mind: You buy with confidence, knowing the vehicle is checked and validated.
-
PHASE 2Approval & Transaction
-
4. Proposal & Cost StructureOnce validated, you receive the full cost breakdown:
Purchase Price + Global Logistics* + Service Fee*Logistics cover dealership to destination port (Inland, Ocean, Insurance).
Note: Import taxes are handled locally in your country.→ Clarity: You see the full structure before any payment is requested. -
5. Deposit & ReservationAfter approval, a deposit secures the vehicle immediately. It is marked as sold and removed from the market, preventing it from being sold to anyone else.→ Security: Prevents double-selling and locks the deal.
-
6. Acquisition & BalanceWe finalize the purchase paperwork. The remaining balance is settled before the vehicle enters the export logistics chain, ensuring the title is transferred.→ Ownership: You hold the vehicle title before it leaves the country.
